Greek Genocide Resource Center
Victoria, Australia
ABOUT
The Greek Genocide Resource Center is an independently owned online resource created to raise awareness on the Greek Genocide; one of the first, yet lesser known genocides of the 20th century. Established in 2010, the website offers students, researchers and the general public, information which is easily accessible, concise and well referenced. These resources are provided to the public to broaden awareness and to attain wider recognition. Aside from the website, we occasionally speak publicly at schools and on radio and have contributed to the publication of a book on the genocide and currently working on similar projects.
Our efforts are also an attempt to remember and pay our respects to the victims. In Turkey today, there are no monuments to signify that the genocide occurred.
