This International Center for MultiGenerational Legacies of Trauma webinar commemorates the 38th anniversary of the Anfal – the series of military campaigns held by the Sadam Hussein government against the Kurdish people in Northern Iraq from February 23 until September 6, 1988. Victim/survivors and multidisciplinary researchers and activists of the Anfal genocide will share and reflect on its multidimensional lifelong and intergenerational effects and national and international attempts at redressing its horrors.
