Turkey’s top court contradicts own ruling in case of teacher sanctioned for sharing peace petition on social media
Turkey’s Constitutional Court has found no rights violations in the case of a teacher who faced disciplinary action for sharing on social media a 2016 petition jointly released by academics, contradicting its previous ruling that the petition was an exercise in freedom of expression.
